Opinion
In the upcoming VCT best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-07-22 18:15 UTC: if ALTERNATE aTTaX Ruby wins the series, the market will resolve to "ALTERNATE aTTaX Ruby"; if Twisted Minds Orchid wins the series, the market will resolve to "Twisted Minds Orchid". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: official VCT broadcast and https://valorantesports.com/; community coverage on vlr.gg may be used as a supplementary source. Note: Opinion will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance liability and profit, while prediction markets price outcomes through direct trader participation and continuous supply-and-demand dynamics. This market aggregates the collective forecast of many independent traders, which can sometimes offer sharper or earlier signals than traditional sportsbooks, especially for niche esports events where mainstream bookmakers have limited coverage.
On Opinion, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing each possible outcome. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current odds reflect the latest trades and the balance of buy and sell interest at any moment. As new information surfaces or trader sentiment shifts, prices adjust in real time, allowing you to enter or exit your position at transparent, market-determined rates.
This market resolves around Jul 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the match result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The winning prediction will be determined by the final result of the esports competition between the two teams. Until that point, traders can continue to buy and sell shares as odds fluctuate based on team news, player performance, and other relevant developments.
Key catalysts include roster changes, player injuries or substitutions, recent team performance and win streaks, and head-to-head matchup history. Patch updates or meta shifts in the underlying game can also reshape expectations. Media coverage, expert analysis, and betting patterns on other platforms may influence trader behavior here. Tournament context—such as playoff implications or prize pool stakes—can amplify volatility as the match date approaches.
