On Polymarket, the current probability reflects trader sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. While sportsbooks may incorporate additional factors like historical performance and public betting trends, this market relies purely on user-driven pricing. Traders often see shifts based on new training updates, injury reports, or promotional hype. The gap between the two can widen if Polymarket participants react faster to niche developments than mainstream oddsmakers, making this market a unique barometer of crowd-sourced expectations.
