Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
All platforms resolve based on the official match outcome (win, loss, or draw) within 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 18, 2026, with identical scope and timing.
Primary resolution logic:
Official Premier League statistics and governing body records, with fallback to credible reporting consensus if official statistics are not published within 2 hours of match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves based on the final score after 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties.
Tottenham win market resolves YES if Tottenham scores more goals than Brighton; otherwise NO.
Brighton win market resolves YES if Brighton scores more goals than Tottenham; otherwise NO.
Draw market resolves YES if both teams have equal goals after 90 minutes plus stoppage time; otherwise NO.
Exactly one of the three outcome markets (Tottenham win, Brighton win, or draw) will resolve YES.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the game is completed and official statistics are published.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, Polymarket draw and Brighton win markets resolve NO, while Tottenham win market resolves NO. Kalshi markets would resolve based on the cancellation outcome per their terms.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official Premier League publication of final match statistics within 2 hours of match conclusion, or upon consensus of credible reporting if official statistics are delayed.
