This event determines the outcome of the first half of a professional MLS soccer match between Toronto and Charlotte. It will resolve based on which team leads after the initial 45 minutes plus any added stoppage time, or if the half ends in a tie. The result reflects the competitive performance of both teams during the first half of the game.

Kalshi

The event resolves based on the result of the first half of the Toronto vs Charlotte professional MLS soccer match scheduled for August 19, 2026. If Toronto scores more goals than Charlotte in the first 45 minutes plus stoppage time, the 'Toronto wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If Charlotte scores more goals than Toronto in that same timeframe, the 'Charlotte wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of goals, or if no goals are scored, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If the game is cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the market will resolve to a fair price as determined by the platform. The resolution depends solely on the first-half performance, independent of the full-match result.
