These markets track the performance of a specific player in an upcoming baseball game between Toronto and Boston. They focus on whether the player achieves certain run batted in (RBI) thresholds during the game. Outcomes depend strictly on the player's in-game production under defined participation conditions.
Both markets share a unified set of secondary rules governing player participation and settlement criteria. If Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is scratched or not in the starting lineup, both markets resolve to the fair market price. If he starts but records no plate appearances, markets also resolve to fair price. Entering the game as a substitute without starting does not count pinch-hit at-bats toward either market. Settlement for both markets occurs only if Guerrero Jr. is in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance, with resolution based on the total RBIs he accumulates during the game. Kalshi explicitly disclaims any official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
