In the upcoming Netherlands Eerste Divisie game between TOP Oss and FC Dordrecht, scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the TOP Oss vs. FC Dordrecht match originally scheduled for September 18, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of forecasters, often proving more accurate than traditional sportsbook odds, particularly as an event approaches. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, while this market relies on individuals directly incentivized to predict the correct outcome. However, initial sportsbook lines can sometimes offer value if they diverge significantly from the prediction market's implied probabilities. It's important to compare both to make informed decisions.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's current belief about the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect new information and opinions. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price movements are driven by supply and demand; if many traders believe a particular score is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic pricing system that attempts to accurately reflect the true probability of each outcome.
This market resolves around Sep 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the TOP Oss vs. FC Dordrecht match, as officially recorded by sporting authorities, will determine the winning outcome in this market. The resolution will be based on the official result, and any disputes will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings or adjust their positions based on the verified outcome.

Any significant news related to the teams will likely be reflected in the market.
