In the upcoming KPL best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-07-21 06:00 UTC: if EDward Gaming wins the series, the market will resolve to "EDward Gaming"; if TOP Esports Armor wins the series, the market will resolve to "TOP Esports Armor". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the series is postponed, this market will remain open until the series is completed. If the series is cancelled entirely with no make-up match, or decided by forfeit before any game is played, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: official KPL broadcast at kpl.qq.com. Note: Opinion will resolve strictly based on the first officially published result from the designated source. Any subsequent revisions will not affect this resolution.

Prediction market odds and traditional sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different mechanisms. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their book and manage risk, while prediction markets let traders freely price outcomes based on their collective beliefs. This market aggregates trader conviction without the intermediary margin that sportsbooks build in. Over time, prediction markets have shown accuracy comparable to or better than sportsbook lines on major sporting events, since traders have direct financial incentive to price outcomes correctly. Comparing the two can reveal where professional oddsmakers and the broader crowd disagree.
On Opinion, this market is priced through continuous order flow—traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome, and the market price reflects the balance of supply and demand at any moment. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The platform converts these prices into implied probabilities, so a higher price means traders believe that outcome is more likely. You can place limit or market orders to enter or exit your position, and the price updates in real time as new trades execute. This mechanism ensures the market stays efficient and responsive to new information about the teams and match conditions.
This market resolves around Jul 21, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will reflect the official match result as confirmed through standard esports reporting and league records. Until that point, prices will fluctuate based on pre-match analysis, team news, and trader expectations. After resolution, your position will settle automatically based on the confirmed outcome, and any unrealized gains or losses will be locked in.
Several factors could shift prices before resolution. Roster announcements or player substitutions for either team would likely trigger immediate repricing, as would injury reports or recent tournament performance. Patch updates or meta shifts in the underlying game can alter competitive balance. Media coverage highlighting one team's form or strategic innovations may sway trader sentiment. Head-to-head records and historical matchup data often influence positioning as the event approaches. Closer to the match date, warm-up scrims or practice leaks could reveal team preparation levels, prompting late-stage trading activity and price adjustments.
