In the upcoming J2 100 Year Vision League game between Tochigi City FC and Júbilo Iwata, scheduled for May 30, 2026 at 1:00 AM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Tochigi City FC vs. Júbilo Iwata match originally scheduled for May 30, 2026 at 1:00 AM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket often diverge from traditional sportsbook odds because they reflect decentralized trader sentiment rather than bookmaker margins. Sportsbooks typically focus on match winner or over/under totals, whereas prediction markets price exact scores directly. This granularity can reveal niche scoring patterns that sportsbooks undervalue or overlook. Comparing Polymarket exact-score probabilities to sportsbook implied probabilities for similar outcomes helps identify where market participants see value or inefficiency in pricing specific scorelines.
On Polymarket, the Tochigi City FC vs. Júbilo Iwata exact-score market is priced as a collection of binary contracts, each representing one possible final scoreline. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders buy and sell shares in individual outcomes, with prices ranging from near-zero to near-100 cents, reflecting the perceived probability of that score occurring. The sum of all outcome prices typically equals 100 cents. Liquidity and trading volume vary by outcome; common scores like 1–1 or 2–1 usually attract tighter spreads and deeper order books than rare scorelines.
The market resolves on May 30, 2026, after the final whistle of the Tochigi City FC vs. Júbilo Iwata match. Resolution is determined by the official final score recorded by the match officials and confirmed by the relevant football authority. Only the exact scoreline at the end of regular time counts; extra time or penalty shootout outcomes do not affect resolution unless the market explicitly specifies otherwise. Once the official result is confirmed, the winning exact-score contract settles at 100 cents and all others at zero.
Key catalysts include team news such as injuries to star players, lineup announcements, and recent form trends for both Tochigi City FC and Júbilo Iwata. Weather conditions on match day can influence scoring patterns and goal likelihood. Historical head-to-head records and seasonal performance metrics shape trader expectations of likely scorelines. Media coverage, betting syndicate activity, and shifts in public sentiment also drive odds. As match day approaches, odds typically tighten around the most probable outcomes, while late-breaking tactical or personnel changes can trigger sharp repricing across all exact-score contracts.
