This event group concerns predictions about which chess players will finish in the top 3 of the Titled Tuesday weekly blitz tournament on September 15, 2026. Multiple markets exist for individual players, predicting their likelihood of achieving a top-3 finish.
This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed player finishes in the top 3 of Titled Tuesday on September 15, 2026, according to the final standings published by the tournament organizer. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If the listed player does not play, their corresponding market will resolve to "No". If this tournament is postponed after September 29, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, canceled, or final standings have not been published within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "No". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the tournament organizer, Chess.com (https://www.chess.com/events/info/2026-titled-tuesday-blitz); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
Each market resolves to 'Yes' if the specified player finishes in the top three positions of the Titled Tuesday weekly chess competition scheduled for September 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. The event follows a blitz format and consists of 11 rounds in a Swiss tournament structure. All markets are independent, meaning the outcome for one player does not affect others. Kalshi disclaims any affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Several signals could significantly impact this market. Unexpected results in preliminary rounds of the Titled Tuesday competition, news regarding player health or participation, or even shifts in expert opinions about player form could all cause price fluctuations. Major upsets or surprising performances by underdogs would likely lead to substantial movement in the odds. Additionally, large trades on either Polymarket or Kalshi could influence prices, especially if they indicate a strong conviction about a particular outcome.
