On Polymarket, this market shows a consensus view shaped by active traders, often reflecting real-time sentiment rather than traditional sportsbook lines. Sportsbook odds incorporate broader factors like historical performance and public betting trends, while prediction markets focus on the probability of specific outcomes as assessed by participants. The difference can be notable, with prediction markets sometimes pricing in nuances or shifts faster than sportsbooks. For this market, the gap may also reflect varying liquidity and trader interest, leading to divergent implied probabilities.
