All markets resolve based solely on the point differential between the New York Giants and the Tennessee Titans in their Pro Football game scheduled for September 27, 2026. If the New York Giants win by exceeding the specified point margin listed in any market, that market resolves to Yes; if they fail to meet or exceed that margin, it resolves to No. Conversely, if the Tennessee Titans win by exceeding their listed margin, the corresponding market resolves to Yes, otherwise No. All markets are independent, meaning resolution of one does not affect others. The official game result, as recognized by the governing league and reported through authoritative sports news sources at the time, determines outcomes. In case of game cancellation or forfeiture, markets resolve based on officially declared results or, if none, as if the game had not occurred (No for all). Kalshi disclaims any official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while prediction markets allow participants to freely express their beliefs. This can lead to discrepancies, particularly when public sentiment strongly diverges from the sportsbook’s initial assessment. The efficiency of this market may reveal insights that aren’t immediately apparent in conventional betting lines.
Prices on Polymarket and Kalshi for this market can diverge due to a number of factors. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform attracts different user bases with varying risk tolerances and information sets, leading to differing opinions on the likely outcome. Additionally, the specific market structures and fee schedules on Polymarket and Kalshi can influence trading behavior and price discovery. Market makers may also employ different strategies on each platform, further contributing to price discrepancies. These differences are normal and reflect the dynamic nature of prediction markets.
