Frequently asked questions

On Kalshi, the dashboard for the Tirante vs Marozsan Set 2 winner market displays real-time odds and price movements as traders buy and sell shares tied to each potential outcome. The interface also shows total volume traded and recent transaction data, giving you a complete view of how participants are positioning themselves ahead of the match.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate the collective beliefs of traders who have real money at stake on outcomes. This market may show different implied probabilities than traditional sports betting sites, particularly as new information emerges or as the match approaches. Comparing the two can reveal where professional bettors and prediction market traders disagree on the likely winner of Set 2.

On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order-book mechanism where traders directly buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share reflects the collective willingness of buyers and sellers to transact at that level, with the implied probability derived from the current bid-ask spread and recent trades. As new information surfaces or match conditions change, traders adjust their positions, causing prices to move dynamically until the market resolves.

This market resolves around Jun 29, 2026, once the Set 2 result is confirmed and verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be determined by which player wins the second set in the Tirante versus Marozsan match. All open positions will settle based on the final verified result, with traders holding shares in the winning outcome receiving their payout.

Several factors may shift trader sentiment and prices in this market. Recent form and head-to-head records between the two players can influence expectations. Court surface, weather conditions, and player fitness or injury reports closer to match day often trigger repricing. Live match developments—such as performance in Set 1 or early breaks—may also cause sharp moves as traders update their beliefs about Set 2 dynamics. News about player motivation, ranking implications, or tournament context can similarly drive trading activity and price adjustments.
