This event centers around the second map of the same competitive League of Legends match between The Bandits and Senshi Esports Club. The outcome depends entirely on which team secures victory in this middle map of their scheduled encounter on September 10, 2026.
The market resolves to Yes if either The Bandits or Senshi Esports Club wins map 2 in their scheduled match on Sep 10, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT. If the match or map is postponed beyond 48 hours, cancelled, or forfeited before play begins, the market resolves to the fair market price. If a map begins and is later forfeited, resolution follows the official result from the governing body. Kalshi disclaims any affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook odds, reflecting the wisdom of the crowd versus the assessments of professional oddsmakers. Sportsbooks may incorporate factors like public perception and team narratives, while this market aggregates the beliefs of many individual traders. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information access, biases, or simply varying interpretations of the same data. It's common to see prediction markets react more quickly to new information and potentially offer more accurate probabilities, though sportsbook odds remain a valuable point of comparison for assessing the potential value in this market.
On Kalshi, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing potential outcomes. The price of each contract reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as determined by supply and demand. As more traders buy a contract, its price increases, indicating a higher perceived probability. Conversely, increased selling pressure lowers the price. On Kalshi, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust probabilities in real-time, providing a forward-looking assessment of the event’s likely result.
This market resolves around Sep 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of Map 2 in The Bandits vs. Senshi Esports Club match. The platform will verify the result against established esports data sources to ensure accuracy. Traders holding contracts corresponding to the winning outcome will be paid out according to the final market price at resolution, while those holding losing contracts will forfeit their investment. This process ensures a transparent and objective determination of the market’s outcome.
Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before resolution. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes for either The Bandits or Senshi Esports Club could significantly impact trading activity. In-game performance during the match itself, such as early map control or key player eliminations, will also likely drive price fluctuations. Furthermore, broader esports news and community sentiment can also play a role, as traders react to new information and adjust their predictions accordingly. Monitoring these signals is crucial for anyone looking to trade in this market.
