If neither team scores more runs—or if both score the same number of runs—the 'Tie 9th inning' market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 9th inning count, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom of the inning. If the game is called before the 9th inning is completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution is based solely on 9th inning performance, even if the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
