This set of markets tracks the performance of Texas and Houston in the first five innings of their scheduled baseball game. Each market focuses on different score margins to determine the outcome. The markets remain active even if the game is postponed, closing only after the rescheduled match concludes.

Kalshi

These markets evaluate whether Texas or Houston achieves a specified run differential in the first five innings of their professional baseball game scheduled for August 1, 2026. Four distinct thresholds are defined: Houston winning by more than 2.5 runs, Houston winning by more than 1.5 runs, Texas winning by more than 1.5 runs, and Texas winning by more than 2.5 runs, each determining a separate 'Yes' outcome. If the originally scheduled game is postponed or delayed, all markets stay open and will close after the rescheduled game finishes, provided the reschedule occurs within two days of the original date. The markets resolve solely based on the score after the first five innings, regardless of the final full-game result. Kalshi explicitly states it holds no affiliation with the governing league, and all associated trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
