This market refers to the cricket match between India and Afghanistan scheduled for June 6 2026 in Test Series India vs Afghanistan. This market resolves according to the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve to draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market will remain open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market will resolve to draw. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.
Prediction market odds on Polymarket often diverge from traditional sportsbook lines because they reflect real-time trader positioning rather than fixed bookmaker margins. Sportsbooks typically adjust odds more slowly and include built-in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate continuous trader bets and can react faster to breaking news. For the India vs Afghanistan Test Series, comparing Polymarket prices to major sportsbook offerings reveals whether traders are pricing in factors—such as venue conditions, recent form, or injury updates—that books have not yet fully reflected. This gap can signal value opportunities for informed bettors.
On Polymarket, the India vs Afghanistan Test Series outcome is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time odds. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Traders purchase shares representing their belief in each outcome, and the cumulative volume of those shares determines the current price. As more capital flows into one outcome, its price rises and the opposing outcome falls. Polymarket's transparent order book and continuous pricing allow traders to enter or exit positions at any time before Jun 13, 2026, with prices reflecting the live consensus of all active participants.
