Two professional Valorant teams, Team Vitality and FUT Esports, will compete in a best-of series on August 1, 2026. This market focuses specifically on the outcome of the second map in their match, determining which team secures the victory on that particular map.
This event resolves based on the result of map 2 in the VCT EMEA 2026 match between Team Vitality and FUT Esports, scheduled for August 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT. If Team Vitality wins map 2, that market resolves to Yes; if FUT Esports wins map 2, its market resolves to Yes. If the match or map is postponed beyond 48 hours, cancelled, or forfeited before play begins, all markets resolve to the fair market price. If a map begins and is later forfeited, resolution follows the official result from the governing body. Kalshi is not affiliated with the league, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Compared to traditional sportsbook odds, prediction market odds for this market often reflect a more nuanced outlook because they are driven directly by trader sentiment and real-time betting activity. Sportsbooks may set their lines based on broader analytics or public betting trends, which can sometimes lag behind the rapid shifts seen in prediction markets. Traders watching this market can benefit from seeing how crowd-sourced pricing aligns or diverges from established sportsbook lines, providing additional context for potential value bets.
This market resolves around Aug 1, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result is determined by which team secures the victory on Map 2, and the platform will finalize the market based on official event results and widely accepted news sources. Traders should monitor reputable event coverage as the match date approaches to ensure they are aware of any last-minute developments that could affect confirmation.
Several signals could shift this market before it resolves, including key player injuries, strategic changes by team coaches, or early performance metrics from Map 1 that influence expectations for Map 2. Media analysis, expert commentary, and betting trends on Kalshi may also create momentum swings. Any unexpected developments—such as tournament rule changes or venue conditions—could rapidly alter trader sentiment, so keeping an eye on news feeds and in-play updates is essential for tracking market movement.
