Tampa Bay vs Philadelphia: 8th Inning Winner

The event determines the outcome based solely on runs scored by each team during the 8th inning of the specified baseball game. If Tampa Bay scores more runs in that inning, the 'Tampa Bay wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If Philadelphia scores more runs, the 'Philadelphia wins 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of runs, or if neither team scores any runs, the 'Tie 8th inning' market resolves to Yes. Should the game end before the 8th inning is fully completed, all markets resolve to a Fair Price. Only runs scored during the 8th inning are considered; runs from any other innings are irrelevant to the resolution of these markets.
