Prices on Polymarket and Predict can diverge due to several factors. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Each platform has its own user base, trading limits, and fee structure, influencing supply and demand. Furthermore, differing liquidity and market sentiment between the two venues can create price discrepancies. While both markets aim to predict the same outcome, the composition of traders and their individual risk assessments can lead to variations in the perceived probability of each outcome. These differences are normal and reflect the dynamic nature of prediction markets.
