This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Zimbabwe and Bangladesh scheduled for 2026-07-15 in T20I Series Zimbabwe vs Bangladesh. This market resolves according to (1) the official toss result and (2) the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. The outcome corresponding to Zimbabwe will be considered correct if Zimbabwe is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Bangladesh will be considered correct if Bangladesh is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing each possible toss outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each outcome reflects the ratio of shares held in the pool, so larger trades move the odds more dramatically than smaller ones. As traders deposit capital and adjust their positions based on new information or changing expectations, the market price continuously updates to reflect the current consensus probability.
This market resolves around Jul 22, 2026, once the T20I match toss has occurred and the result is verifiable from credible public reporting. The outcome is determined by which team wins the coin toss on match day. Traders holding shares in the correct outcome receive their payout, while incorrect positions expire worthless. Resolution timing is tied to the actual match schedule, so early closure or postponement would affect when final settlement occurs.
Several factors can shift odds in this market before the toss occurs. Team news, injury updates, or lineup changes announced by either Zimbabwe or Bangladesh may alter trader sentiment about match conditions. Weather forecasts, pitch reports, or venue-specific factors could influence expectations around toss strategy. Late-breaking odds movements on related markets, social media sentiment, or expert commentary may also prompt traders to adjust positions. As match day draws closer, increased trading volume typically reflects heightened conviction among participants.
