This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Turkiye and Norway scheduled for 2026-07-10 in T20 World Cup Sub Regional Europe Qualifier B. This market resolves according to (1) the official toss result and (2) the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. The outcome corresponding to Turkiye will be considered correct if Turkiye is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Norway will be considered correct if Norway is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different trader bases and risk models. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and lock in profit margins, while prediction markets aggregate trader beliefs through continuous price discovery. This market aggregates the collective forecast of traders who profit or lose based on accuracy, creating incentives for information-driven pricing. Comparing this market's odds to major sportsbooks can reveal where consensus differs or where one venue may be undervaluing or overvaluing a particular outcome relative to the other.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through an automated market maker that converts trader buy and sell orders into real-time odds. Each outcome has a price between 0 and 100 cents, representing the implied probability traders assign to it. As traders buy or sell shares, the price adjusts automatically to reflect new consensus. The spread between bid and ask prices tightens as volume increases, making it cheaper to trade when liquidity is high. You can enter limit or market orders to position yourself on either outcome.
This market resolves around Jul 17, 2026, once the toss outcome is verifiable from credible public reporting of the match. The winning outcome is determined by which team wins the coin toss at the start of play. Resolution occurs shortly after the toss is officially called and confirmed by match officials or reliable broadcast sources. Until that moment, both outcomes remain tradable and prices may shift based on team news, weather, or other factors that traders believe influence the toss result.
Several factors can shift trader positioning in this market before resolution. Team roster announcements or injury updates may influence perceived advantage in the match, indirectly affecting toss-outcome expectations if traders believe one team's captain is more skilled at calling. Weather forecasts—particularly wind or humidity—can sway sentiment if traders believe conditions favor a particular call. Media commentary, expert predictions, or social media momentum around either team can also drive price movement. Finally, any last-minute lineup changes or tactical shifts announced by either side may prompt traders to reassess and adjust their positions.
