On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders collectively set the odds by placing bets, which determines the current implied probability for each outcome. The top outcome’s chance is reflected in its displayed percentage, and liquidity from user activity helps keep prices efficient. As more participants trade based on new insights — such as player injuries or weather updates — the market price adjusts to balance buy and sell orders.
This market resolves around Aug 14, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final count of sixes hit by each team during the match will settle the market, and the result is finalized when official score updates are widely reported. Timing depends on when the match concludes and results are publicly confirmed.
Key signals that could shift this market include injury updates to key batters, changes in pitch conditions, or weather delays affecting batting opportunities. Any announcement about team lineups or strategic decisions — such as rotating players — may also influence trader sentiment. As the match nears, real-time scoring updates and standout batting performances are likely to cause rapid price swings.
