Description

This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Glamorgan and Kent scheduled for 2026-06-07 in T20 Blast, League 2, Women. This market resolves according to (1) the official toss result and (2) the finalized match result as published by https://www.espncricinfo.com/. The outcome corresponding to Glamorgan will be considered correct if Glamorgan is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Kent will be considered correct if Kent is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

Frequently asked questions

Prediction market odds on Polymarket often diverge from traditional sportsbook odds because they reflect real-time crowd sentiment and continuous trading rather than fixed lines set by oddsmakers. Sportsbooks typically adjust less frequently and incorporate margin, while prediction markets aggregate live participant beliefs. For the Glamorgan vs Kent toss double, comparing Polymarket implied probabilities to major sportsbook lines can reveal whether the crowd is pricing the outcome differently than professional bookmakers, potentially signaling value or consensus shifts in the hours before the match.

On Polymarket, the Glamorgan vs Kent toss match double is priced through an automated market maker mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing each outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current top outcome reflects the aggregate belief of all traders active on the platform. Prices update continuously as new trades execute, and the implied probability of each outcome is derived from the share price. Liquidity and trading volume on Polymarket determine how easily traders can enter or exit positions without significant slippage, directly affecting the competitiveness of odds available for this women's T20 Blast event.

The market resolves on Jun 14, 2026 following the completion of the Glamorgan vs Kent women's T20 Blast League 2 match. The outcome is determined by the official result of the toss and the specified match double conditions as defined at market creation. Resolution occurs after the match concludes and the official governing body confirms the final result. Traders should monitor the match broadcast and official scorecards to track whether their predicted outcome materializes, as resolution typically follows within hours of the match conclusion.

Key catalysts for price movement include team news such as player injuries, lineup changes, or roster updates announced before the match. Weather forecasts affecting pitch conditions and toss strategy can shift trader expectations significantly. Recent form, head-to-head records, and venue-specific statistics may prompt position adjustments as traders refine their models. Social media sentiment, expert commentary, and betting syndicate activity can also trigger rapid repricing. As match day approaches and the toss time nears, final team confirmations and on-field conditions will likely drive the most volatile price swings in the final hours before resolution.
