This market refers to the cricket match between India and Bangladesh scheduled for September 10 2026 at 10:30 AM ET in T20 Asia Cup, Women. DLS/DRS, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the winner determined by that tiebreak will be used for resolution. If the match ends tied and no on-field tiebreak is used or available under the playing conditions (e.g., group-stage ODI with no Super Over), the market will resolve 50-50. If the match is postponed/rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed. If the match is permanently canceled or abandoned or otherwise is completed without a winner, the market resolves 50-50. The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their risk and incorporate a profit margin, while this market is driven purely by traders’ beliefs. If a significant number of people believe an outcome is more likely than a sportsbook suggests, the price will adjust accordingly. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform traditional odds, especially when there’s strong public interest or access to unique information impacting the event.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and vice versa. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and reflect the collective intelligence of the participants trading on Polymarket.
This market resolves around Sep 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be based on the official outcome of the T20 Asia Cup, Women: India vs Bangladesh match as reported by recognized sports authorities. Resolution will occur after the completion of the match and verification of the official results, ensuring a clear and transparent process for determining the winning outcome of this market.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team lineups, or weather conditions impacting the match could cause significant shifts. Unexpected announcements about playing conditions or strategic changes could also move the market.
