This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Botswana and Uganda scheduled for September 16 2026 at 3:30 AM ET in T20 Africa Continent Cup. The outcome corresponding to Botswana will be considered correct if Botswana is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Uganda will be considered correct if Uganda is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different outcomes of the toss. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the implied probability rises. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price and probability. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adjust to incorporate new information and changing sentiment surrounding the Botswana vs Uganda toss.
This market resolves around Sep 23, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the toss – whether Botswana, Uganda, or a draw – will be determined by the official announcement made during the T20 Africa Continent Cup match. The platform will then verify this information against publicly available sources to finalize the market and distribute payouts to winning traders. The resolution process is designed to be transparent and based on objective, verifiable data related to the actual toss result.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding the playing conditions, potential weather impacts, or even the form of the captains involved in the toss could shift probabilities. Unexpected announcements about team lineups or changes in player availability might also cause traders to reassess their positions. Furthermore, general sentiment and public opinion, as reflected in social media or sports news, can play a role in driving trading volume and price movements. Monitoring these signals leading up to Sep 23, 2026 will be crucial for understanding potential shifts in this market.
