Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial odds to balance their risk, while this market allows traders to continuously adjust probabilities based on new information and their own analysis. If there's a significant discrepancy, it could indicate that the market believes the sportsbook's odds are mispriced, or that new information hasn't yet been fully incorporated into sportsbook lines. Comparing these odds can offer valuable insights into public perception and potential value bets.

On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now.
