Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more shares are traded, the price adjusts to reflect new information and changing sentiment. The platform uses a decentralized approach, meaning there's no central authority setting the odds; instead, they emerge from the collective actions of traders. The current implied probabilities are based on the relative prices of these shares.

The final result of the Sutton United vs. Eastleigh match – the exact score – will be used to determine the winning shares. The platform will verify the result against official sources, ensuring an accurate and transparent resolution process. Traders holding shares in the correct outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution.
