This market refers to the StarCraft II match between Scarlett and Kelazhur in the Douyu Cup Group C, initially scheduled for June 26 at 5:30AM ET. This market will resolve to "Scarlett" if Scarlett win the match against Kelazhur. This market will resolve to "Kelazhur" if Kelazhur win the match against Scarlett. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://liquipedia.net/starcraft2/Main_Page. However, if https://liquipedia.net/starcraft2/Main_Page has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds and sportsbook odds often diverge because they reflect different participant bases and incentive structures. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and manage risk, while prediction markets aggregate the beliefs of traders risking real capital on outcomes. This market may show higher or lower implied probabilities than traditional sports betting sites, depending on information flow, liquidity, and the sophistication of each venue's participants. Comparing the two can reveal where consensus differs and highlight potential value, though prediction markets tend to update faster as new information emerges.
On Polymarket, traders set prices by buying and selling outcome shares in an automated market maker. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current implied probability reflects the balance of buy and sell orders at any moment. As traders update their views—based on player form, recent results, or tournament dynamics—the price adjusts in real time. Higher prices indicate stronger confidence in that outcome, while lower prices suggest skepticism. You can enter or exit positions at the displayed price, and your trades directly influence future pricing for all participants.
This market resolves around Jun 26, 2026, once the match concludes and the result is verifiable from credible public sources. The outcome will be confirmed based on the official tournament record and broadcast confirmation of the winner. Until that point, prices may fluctuate as new information about player preparation, recent form, or bracket developments becomes available. Resolution is binary: one player will be declared the victor in the best-of-three series, and the market will settle accordingly.
Several factors could shift prices before the match takes place. Recent tournament results, patch changes to the game, player roster or coaching announcements, and injury or availability updates all carry weight. Commentary from esports analysts, community sentiment, and odds movements on related markets can also influence trader behavior. Closer to the event date, official bracket confirmation and pre-match interviews may spark repricing. Early-round performance by either player in the Douyu Cup could provide fresh data that reshapes expectations and trading activity.
