All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds, like those found in this market, often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders. This can lead to differences compared to sportsbook odds, which are typically set by a smaller number of professional oddsmakers. Sportsbooks may incorporate factors like promotional offers or biases, while prediction markets tend to be more driven by information and analysis shared among participants. However, both aim to accurately forecast the probability of an event. It’s common to see prediction markets converge with sportsbook odds as the event approaches, especially when significant volume enters this market. Examining both can provide a more comprehensive view of potential outcomes.
Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Prices on Polymarket and Predict can diverge due to several factors. Each platform has its own user base, trading dynamics, and fee structures, influencing how participants value different outcomes. The volume traded on each platform also plays a role; higher volume generally indicates greater confidence and can lead to more stable pricing. Additionally, information access and interpretation can vary between the two communities. For example, Polymarket currently favors Exact Score: Stade Brestois 29 0 - 2 Paris Saint-Germain FC? at 96, while Predict leans toward Exact Score: Stade Brestois 29 3 - 0 Paris Saint-Germain FC? at an unspecified percentage, demonstrating differing perspectives on the likely result.
