This event tracks whether a specific player hits one or more home runs, or two or more home runs, in an upcoming baseball game between two teams. The outcome depends on the player's performance during the game, with specific conditions for participation and settlement.

Kalshi

The event evaluates Vladimir Guerrero Jr.'s home run performance in the St. Louis vs. Toronto game scheduled for July 31, 2026. Two separate markets exist: one resolves to Yes if he hits one or more home runs, and the other resolves to Yes if he hits two or more. Both markets share consistent secondary rules regarding player participation and settlement criteria. If Guerrero Jr. is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to record a plate appearance, both markets resolve to the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats are excluded from consideration. Only when Guerrero Jr. is in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance will the markets settle based on the number of home runs he hits during the game.
