Should neither team score more runs than the other—meaning the runs scored are equal or both teams score zero—the tie market resolves to Yes. If the game is called early before the ninth inning is fully completed, all relevant markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution hinges exclusively on ninth-inning performance, regardless of the game's final outcome or whether the home team gets to bat in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
