The event resolves based on the results of the first three innings of the specified professional baseball game. If either St. Louis or Los Angeles D holds a lead at the end of the third inning, the corresponding market resolves to Yes, while the opposing team’s market and the Tie market resolve to No. If the game is tied after three innings, the Tie market resolves to Yes, and both team-specific markets resolve to No. Should the game be postponed or delayed, all markets remain open and will resolve after the rescheduled game concludes, provided the reschedule occurs within two days of the original date. The outcome is determined solely by the state of the game after the third inning, with no additional considerations beyond that point.
