The fourth inning is a critical juncture where early leads can be solidified or overturned. This market determines whether the combined runs from both teams exceed half a run in this early-to-mid game inning.

Kalshi

The market outcome is determined by the total runs scored by both teams in the fourth inning of the specified baseball game. If the combined runs exceed 0.5, the 'Over 0.5 runs' market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it is No. The 'Over 1.5 runs' market resolves to Yes only if more than one and a half runs are scored collectively. If the game is called before the fourth inning is completed, the market resolves to a Fair Price. The resolution is based solely on runs scored during the fourth inning, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom half or if the game is called early, rendering the inning incomplete.
