In the upcoming MLS game between St. Louis City SC and Real Salt Lake, scheduled for August 1, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the St. Louis City SC vs. Real Salt Lake match originally scheduled for August 1, 2026 at 8:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
All markets resolve based on the exact scoreline of the Saint Louis City SC vs Real Salt Lake professional MLS soccer match scheduled for August 1, 2026, after 90 minutes plus any stoppage time, but not including extra time or penalty kicks. Each market corresponds to a specific potential score outcome—either a win for one team or a draw—with the 'Yes' outcome resolving only if the actual final score matches exactly the stated score for that market. No market resolves for outcomes occurring in extra time or via penalty shootouts, and all evaluations strictly consider regular-time results.
Prediction market odds often reflect sharper insights because traders can bet on many specific outcomes, unlike sportsbooks which typically offer only win/draw/lose or a few score ranges. In this market, the full spectrum of possible scores creates a richer probability distribution. That lets sharp bettors spot mispricings that sportsbooks might miss, especially on less popular matchups where public bias skews conventional lines.
Injuries to key players, weather forecasts for the venue, or shifting coach strategies can all move this market. High-profile betting activity on one platform may also create a ripple effect, especially if Polymarket or Kalshi sees a sudden spike in volume around a particular scoreline that traders perceive as more likely.
