PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Divergence Detected

Issue: Kalshi market structure resolves to Yes for all three mutually exclusive outcomes (Cardinals win, Braves win, tie), creating logical ambiguity. Polymarket uses three separate binary markets with mutually exclusive outcomes (Cardinals, Braves, Draw). The underlying event is identical, but the market mechanics diverge significantly.Hero tip: If Kalshi's market is intended as a Yes/No binary on game completion (not outcome), it resolves differently than Polymarket's outcome-based markets. Verify Kalshi's actual market intent before trading. Polymarket's structure is standard for first-5-inning outcome markets and should be treated as the reference logic.

Critical divergence points:

  • Kalshi: Market structure resolves Yes for all three possible outcomes: Cardinals win, Braves win, or tie. No resolution path to No is specified. This suggests either a market completion tracker or a data entry error. Key Quote: All three outcome conditions resolve to Yes.
  • Polymarket: Three separate binary markets with mutually exclusive outcomes: Cardinals winning resolves to Cardinals, Braves winning resolves to Braves, tie resolves to Draw. Standard outcome-based structure with 50-50 resolution if game is canceled entirely and no makeup game scheduled.
Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.

Resolution is based on which team has the higher score at the end of the first five innings of the St. Louis vs Atlanta professional baseball game originally scheduled for June 30, 2026 at 7:15 PM EDT. If St. Louis has more runs after five innings, the St. Louis outcome resolves to Yes and others resolve to No. If Atlanta has more runs after five innings, the Atlanta outcome resolves to Yes and others resolve to No. If the score is tied after five innings, the Tie outcome resolves to Yes and both team outcomes resolve to No. If the game is postponed or delayed, the market remains open and closes after the rescheduled game finishes within two days.
