All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
Resolution is determined by the final score of the Kansas City vs Minnesota MLS match scheduled for July 22, 2026, measured after 90 minutes plus stoppage time (excluding extra time or penalties). Four distinct spread outcomes are offered: Kansas City winning by more than 2.5 goals, Kansas City winning by more than 1.5 goals, Minnesota winning by more than 1.5 goals, and Minnesota winning by more than 2.5 goals. Each outcome resolves independently based on whether the specified goal differential is achieved by the designated team.
Prediction markets and sportsbooks price outcomes differently because they serve different audiences and operate under different constraints. Sportsbooks set odds to balance their book and manage risk, often adjusting for sharp money and public betting patterns. Prediction markets, by contrast, reflect pure trader consensus—what participants collectively believe will happen. On this market, you'll often notice prediction market prices diverge from traditional sportsbook lines, especially as new information emerges or as one venue accumulates more trading volume than the other. Both can be valuable signals, but they answer slightly different questions about probability.
