On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a growing expectation of its likelihood. Conversely, selling pressure drives prices down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective wisdom of the crowd and provides a real-time assessment of the event’s potential results.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Sorochan vs. Matviichuk match, as reported by the governing sports organization. The platform will verify the result against publicly available information to determine the winning outcome. Traders who hold shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout based on the final market price at the time of resolution, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will forfeit their investment.
