On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to reflect the collective assessment of the event's likelihood. Higher demand for shares in a particular outcome will drive up its price, indicating increased confidence, while selling pressure will lower the price. This dynamic pricing ensures the market remains responsive to new information and changing sentiment.
This market resolves around Sep 14, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Sokoltsov vs. Peretiatko match, as reported by recognized sports authorities. This ensures a transparent and objective determination of the winning outcome. Traders will be able to claim their winnings based on the final result, and the market will close once the outcome is officially verified. The process is designed to be straightforward and reliable for all participants.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding the players’ form, injuries, or changes to their training regimes would likely have an impact. Unexpected announcements about the match schedule or venue could also shift sentiment. Furthermore, analysis from sports experts, public opinion polls, and even social media discussions can all contribute to changes in market prices. A strong performance by either player in a preceding match, or a significant shift in public perception, could all lead to increased trading activity and price movement in this market.
