This market centers on the outcome of a professional League of Legends match between two esports teams competing in an organized league. The result depends solely on which team secures a victory in the scheduled match. Any changes to the match schedule or unexpected interruptions are managed through specific fairness guidelines.
The market resolves based on the result of the LFL 2026 League of Legends match between Skillcamp Esport and Ici Japon Corp. Esport scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT. If Skillcamp Esport wins, its corresponding market resolves to Yes, and the Ici Japon Corp. Esport market resolves to No. Conversely, if Ici Japon Corp. Esport wins, its market resolves to Yes, and the Skillcamp Esport market resolves to No. If the match is postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original start time, cancelled before play begins, or forfeited prior to any gameplay, both markets resolve to the fair market price. If the match begins but is later forfeited, the outcome is determined by the official result declared by the governing league or tournament organizer. Kalshi clarifies that it holds no official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds on this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the unique dynamics of trader-driven pricing. While sportsbooks may set their lines based on analytics and historical data, this market reflects the collective wisdom of participants, which can shift rapidly with new information, player performance, or changing sentiment in the esport community.
This market resolves around Aug 4, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be determined by the official match outcome, reflecting which team is declared the winner according to recognized esport governing bodies or event organizers.
