On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived chance of occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is determined solely by supply and demand – if many traders believe a specific score is likely, they will bid up the price of shares representing that outcome, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic and real-time assessment of probabilities.
This market resolves around Sep 20, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the SK Sigma Olomouc vs. AC Sparta Praha match, specifically the exact final score, will be used to determine the winning outcome in this market. The resolution will be based on the official match statistics published by the governing football league and widely reported by reputable sports news sources. Any disputes regarding the official result will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures.
Several factors could influence the trading activity and, therefore, the odds in this market. Late-breaking news regarding player injuries or suspensions for either SK Sigma Olomouc or AC Sparta Praha would likely have a significant impact. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they are expected to affect the playing surface, could also shift the probabilities. Unexpected tactical announcements from either team's manager, or even significant shifts in public sentiment based on pre-match analysis, could also drive trading volume and alter the market’s pricing. Any major developments leading up to kickoff have the potential to move this market.
