Generally, prediction market odds tend to reflect the collective wisdom of informed traders, often providing a more accurate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks may incorporate biases or seek to profit from public perception, whereas this market aggregates the views of those with skin in the game. However, discrepancies can occur, especially early in the market's lifecycle or when significant news breaks. It’s common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than sportsbooks, leading to potential arbitrage opportunities for savvy bettors.
