Polymarket and Limitless can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. Prices on Polymarket and Limitless can diverge for several reasons. Each platform has its own user base, with differing levels of expertise and access to information regarding the Sturm Graz vs. Rennes match. Trading volume also plays a role; lower volume on one platform can lead to greater price volatility and discrepancies. Furthermore, the specific market design – contract types and fee structures – can influence trading behavior and, consequently, the displayed odds. These factors combine to create independent price discovery processes, resulting in potentially different probabilities for the same event across the two platforms.
