On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. As more shares are purchased for a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting growing confidence. Conversely, selling shares drives the price down. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants, constantly adjusting as new information becomes available and opinions shift.
This market resolves around Sep 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Shvydkyi vs. Matviichuk match, as reported by recognized sports authorities. The platform will verify the outcome against these sources to determine which shares will pay out. Traders should monitor official sources for updates as the resolution date approaches. The market will then settle, and winning shares will be redeemed according to the final result.
