Opinion
In the upcoming LCS best-of-series match scheduled for 2026-09-25 20:00 UTC: if FlyQuest wins the series, the market will resolve to "FlyQuest"; if Shopify Rebellion wins the series, the market will resolve to "Shopify Rebellion". The series winner is the first team to win a majority of games. Individual games remade due to technical issues do not count as wins toward the series. If the match is canceled (not played at all), ends in a tie, or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date without a winner determined, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. In cases where a team's listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50. Resolution Source: official LCS broadcast and https://lolesports.com. Note: Opinion will resolve this market strictly based on the first final result officially published or announced by a designated resolution source. Any subsequent revision, correction, or reversal will not affect the resolution.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on expert analysis and incorporate a profit margin, while this market allows anyone to trade based on their own insights. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, it might indicate that the market perceives information differently than the sportsbook, or that one venue has a stronger understanding of the teams involved. It’s important to compare both to gain a comprehensive view before making a decision.
On Opinion, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief in the probability of each outcome. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand. On Opinion, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more people bet on a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived probability. Conversely, if more traders sell, the price decreases. This dynamic pricing mechanism aims to accurately reflect the collective prediction of all participants, making it a valuable indicator of potential results.
This market resolves around Sep 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Shopify Rebellion vs FlyQuest match, as reported by the League of Legends official sources. The platform will verify the result against these sources to determine the winning outcome and settle all outstanding contracts. Traders should monitor official announcements to stay informed about the event’s progress and the final result.
Several factors could influence this market before resolution. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or unexpected roster changes for either Shopify Rebellion or FlyQuest could significantly shift the odds. Major upsets in other matches leading up to this one, or announcements about patch updates to the game itself, might also impact trader sentiment. Furthermore, any public statements from analysts or prominent figures in the League of Legends community could sway opinions and cause the market to react accordingly.
