The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact first-half scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the latest information and sentiment. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market depth, or the number of shares available at different price points, also influences price discovery. Essentially, traders are acting as both market makers and informed speculators, driving the price towards what they believe is the true probability.
This market resolves around Sep 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official, final first-half score of the Sevilla FC versus FC Barcelona match. Any potential adjustments or corrections to the official score will be taken into consideration to ensure accurate settlement. The platform will rely on widely accepted sports data sources to determine the winning outcome and distribute payouts accordingly. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result.
Several factors could significantly impact this market. Late-breaking news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Sevilla FC or FC Barcelona would likely cause substantial shifts in the odds. Any changes in team formations or tactical announcements by the managers could also influence trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even pre-match comments from influential figures, could also play a role. Furthermore, significant betting activity or large volume trades on Polymarket itself can create momentum and drive price movements as traders react to each other’s actions.
