On Polymarket and Predict, prices can vary due to differences in user bases, liquidity, and how each platform handles trading mechanics. Polymarket and Predict can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, one venue might attract more European fans, skewing its odds toward a particular team, while the other could reflect a global audience. Trading volume and recent activity also shape prices; a surge in bets on one side can push its probability up quickly on that platform alone. These dynamics often cause the two platforms to show distinct outlooks until market consensus solidifies.
