Prediction market odds on Polymarket for this market often differ from traditional sportsbook lines due to the decentralized nature of trading. While sportsbooks may set their lines based on proprietary models and risk management, prediction markets let participants bet directly on their beliefs, which can lead to sharper or more volatile prices. Traders should compare both sources to identify potential value, keeping in mind that Polymarket reflects the collective wisdom of its user base rather than a single operator’s assessment.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders submit bids and asks. The current top outcome reflects the aggregated beliefs of all participants, with chances displayed as a percentage. Liquidity and volume influence how tightly packed the bids and asks are, and large trades can shift the price depending on available depth.
