If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.

Prediction market odds often differ from traditional sportsbook lines because they capture crowd-sourced sentiment rather than set odds from bookmakers. In this market, traders directly price their beliefs about the exact final score, which can lead to sharper or more volatile probabilities compared to sportsbook spreads or over/under totals. The crowd-driven nature means shifts in public opinion or new information can move prices quickly, sometimes creating mismatches with sportsbook lines.
On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. On Polymarket, traders set prices through a logarithmic market scoring rule that rewards accurate probability estimates. The current odds reflect the aggregated beliefs of participants about each possible score outcome. As new data emerges — such as player injuries or weather updates — these probabilities can shift, adjusting the implied chances for every listed scoreline based on real-time trading activity and liquidity.
This market resolves around Sep 13, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score reported by official league sources or widely trusted sports news outlets will determine which exact score outcome is settled, closing all positions based on the verified result.
Injuries to key players, weather conditions affecting play, and tactical changes by coaches can all shift expectations for the final score and move this market. Additionally, strong recent form by either team, changes in betting trends, or emerging narratives from analysts may influence trader sentiment, causing price adjustments as the match day nears.
