The event determines the winner of a professional tennis match between two pairs of players in the 2026 ATP Winston Salem Round Of 16. If either pair wins the match after play has commenced, the corresponding market resolves accordingly. Should the match fail to start due to injury, walkover, forfeiture, or other cancellation before any ball is played, the market resolves to a fair price. If the match is postponed or delayed, it remains open until the rescheduled match concludes, with a closing deadline of two weeks after the new match date.
