In the upcoming Club Friendlies game between Sassuolo Calcio and US Folgore Caratese, scheduled for July 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Sassuolo Calcio vs. US Folgore Caratese match originally scheduled for July 31, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET, considering the final score regardless of format (e.g. two halves totaling 90 minutes plus stoppage time, or four periods totaling 120 minutes). If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome.
The event evaluates multiple thresholds for total goals scored in the Sassuolo versus Folgore Caratese professional Club Friendlies soccer match scheduled for July 31, 2026. Each market resolves based on whether the total goals scored after 90 minutes plus stoppage time (excluding extra time or penalties) exceed a specified threshold: 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, or 5.5 goals. If the actual goal count surpasses the threshold for a given market, that market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. All markets are independent and assessed under the same match conditions, focusing solely on regular time scoring. The rules clarify that Kalshi has no official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds often reflect sharper, crowd-sourced insights because traders can react instantly to new information and bet on granular outcomes like exact scores. In contrast, traditional sportsbooks may lag and smooth probabilities for broader betting appeal. For this market, prediction markets might show tighter spreads or higher implied chances for less popular scores, whereas sportsbooks could present rounded lines or favor outcomes with higher liquidity.
On Polymarket and Kalshi, prices can diverge due to differing user bases, liquidity levels, and market design nuances. Polymarket and Kalshi can show different implied probabilities for the same outcome because of liquidity, fee structure, participant mix, and how each venue defines the contract. For example, one venue might attract more casual fans who prefer simple over/under bets, while another draws sharper traders focused on precise score outcomes. These dynamics lead to variations in implied probabilities, especially when one platform has deeper volume behind a specific line.
Injuries to key players, weather delays, or shifting team form could all move this market. Media reports about tactical changes, recent head-to-head performances, or even early betting trends on other platforms may cause traders to adjust their views on likely scorelines. As the match nears, any news that alters perceived match control can trigger rapid shifts in implied probabilities.
